vios largely at fault here. should have stopped and watch out for incoming traffic as he is turning. whereas the motor is travelling in a straight line thus he has right to continue. vios should have let the motor pass thru before turning in the entrance. and from what i see, the vios driver has his eyes only on the road to the entrance, failed to notice incoming motor.
