i would not say it is a wrong strategy....
just like some people have 2 saving a/c from different banks...just in case in need of money very unlikely have both bank's ATM having system error.

just not known the combined value you have....for in FSM there is this tiered AUM sales charge discount...if reached xxx AUM,...0.25% SC lesser.

Good morning,

did you ask her to assist you in the 5 ways to invest wisely to navigate through uncertain market conditions? or you are fully aware of the full kamasutra of it already? drool.gif  drool.gif

If i hold a same fund in 2 different platform with 2 different Buy NAV ( assuming units quantity is the same ) , does it make any impact which 1 to top up?
e.g Affin Hwang Sel Asia Pac ( Ex Jap ) Bal Fund :
FSM, buy NAV - 0.652
Eunit, buy NAV - 0.700

Any comment ?

if you have RM1000 in FSM and RM1000 in Eunitrust
total Rm2000
if you top up RM200 in FSM

your total top up is still 10% of your total port folio
*
So it makes no different which 1 to top up...wink.gif

Good morning,

Just curious to know do you guys do a daily checking on NAVs from your port?

Do you maintain a record ( eg exel ) to do your daily/weekly/monthly planning ?

QUOTE(MUM @ Feb 13 2021, 07:56 PM)
according to this site....
"As a rule, when the value of the dollar increases relative to other currencies around the world, the price of gold tends to fall in U.S. dollar terms.
It is because gold becomes more expensive in other currencies.
As the price of any commodity moves higher, there tend to be fewer buyers, in other words, demand recedes.
Conversely, as the value of the U.S. dollar moves lower, gold tends to appreciate as it becomes cheaper in other currencies.
Demand tends to increase at lower prices."

RHB China Fund is Blackrock China Fund

RHB Artificial Intelligence Fund is Allianz Artificial Intelligence Fund.

I think bad returns are referring to those funds managed by own RHB fund managers, not feeder funds
*
Mind to list out a few funds managed by RHB fund managers, only for forum discussions purposes only.

Tks.

eg. RHB Gold and General
United Golden Oppot

I was writing a few hundred words on this but fell asleep. Yes, I do this. But for me, performance is also based how well it performed vs benchmark and market. Not just the returns. Because a good alpha and beta still can tell me one day when the sector is up, that fund manager will be first to profit.

Example is eastspring dinasti, which I admit I sold off during trade war and is now doing not too badly at all.
*
Me same,,, i sold my Eastspring dynasti also ;( ;(

Now bang balls, bang walls mad.gif bangwall.gif
