nice before 3pm?..but will kgf still do well?..just curious
*
early morning just now

my KGF to date is green

QUOTE(MUM @ Jan 22 2020, 03:58 PM)
he mentioned KGF V2.....

if this V2 is Kenanga Growth Opportunities Fund
https://www.fundsupermart.com.my/fsmone/fun...ortunities-Fund
then it performed a lot better than KGF last year
*
the V2 is kenanga growth fund series 2 - MYR class

*
i don't really touch my FSM account
but few days ago, out of all the fund i invested...3 got from really green to really red
i'm actually planning to pump into those funds that turn really red from really green
but i don't think the opportunity is there yet or someone can advice?

those 3 fund are
1. kenanga growth fund...series 1 and 2(went down the most)
2. Eastspring Investments Small-Cap Fund
3. AmAsia Pacific REITs Plus

In this time of uncertainty, don't go all in. do it by stages. Should another crash happen you can slowly pump in more. Or do DCA method and don't care about up or down.
*
make sense...seem like gonna pump into those that went from green to super red
KGF series 1 and 2

Yes, just started to invest through FSM(via epf mis) around a month ago. Another portion goes to public mutual ,PGSF again via epf mis.

Another thing is i have been on standby since they implement the epf i-invest, around august last year. Would not consider buying without this low sales charge and i-invest portal.
*
was abt to ask u why would u invest in public mutual when the SC is so high

Funds offered by PM are not in FSM.
Probably he got SC rebate from his agent.
*

i misunderstood, didn't know PM is not the same

It is 0.5% through epf i-invest. 0% is funds offered by FSM which does not include public mutual.
*
i guess it's because u use EPF money to invest
if u use cash, it's a different sales charge which is a lot higher

1 question. instead of using my cash to buy into PM

is it better to withdraw from epf to invest into PM , and then use my cash to deposit into epf ? does this make sense to avoid high sales fee ?
*
EPF is not a bank if that's the answer u wanna know
