It is always fhere for both

Just that CMF is treated as a saving account in FSM due to the fact that u cannpaybur investmwnt via this fund

That is what other money karket fund can't do

Alrernative investment is also always there, but some of then are wholesale fund, or the performance doesn't quite on par with normal fund, or their history isn't long enough to be put into considerstion
*
yes, i saw those numbers are quite sad
its even worse than CMF

Looks good.....
Keep monitoring the whole portfolio performance......
Btw....what is the portfolio Roi & Irr todate.....?
Since you will hv some funds that are now over the targetted allocation....top up those that are now below the targetted allocation to bring them up to the desired level.
*
i didn't calculate IRR actually
but overall ROI average is 10.61% now

Dividend ? Which unit trust fund got dividend ? Are you talking about distribution ? Unit trust distribution is reinvested, no need to worry about it.
*

leaving any kind of investment unattended might not be a good idea.

if the fund u bought are FSM recommended fund or is listed at the 1st page of this thread
thn u can stop worrying
worrying because its red in short term is bad for u..because u will keep thinking "should u sell it, its red"
thats actually me when i just started, and i can tell u most of my fund that time are ALL red laugh.gif
i didn't sell any of it and i log out....i totally forget abt it and login back like half a year later
all become green except china which i eventually sold

so unless u invested in a not so stable fund like precious metal
i dnt think u need to keep login everyday to see how it did...its just bad for your mind
plus this is not casino or forex...its not double or nothing...it would take many years to even eat up half of what u invested
and same as profit, it takes time to go up as well...dnt expect 20% per month like JJPTR

Plus,
do that if he has allocated at a % that is comfortable to his liking
do that if that region has a very high STAR RATING and still remains so
do that if nothing serious happens in Korea theater
*
i would say stop worrying if u have a diversed portfolio
because u can't go wrong with a diversed portfolio

i recently attended a seminar by FSM held at sabah
the speaker ask a question from the start...what region of fund are u guys holding
surprisingly some really hold 100% malaysian funds

Actually not really. If one buy before trump election (as I have done), results is instantaneous (within 2-3 months the profit skyrocket). But if you buy at high time, need to wait longer.
*
still up
its just fast vs slow
some ppl after buy...login everyday to check
thn if red thn they'll ask themselves...should they sell laugh.gif

I wonder why so many of us here bought/suggested Affin Hwang Select Bond when it is not a recommended fund by FSM?

Sifus perhaps you all can shed some lights?
*
u dnt invest based on a recommended list done by someone
the funds that are inside the recommended list doesn't mean guaranteed profit too

Libra is always 0.

and only Malaysia EQ is 0 now.

so far. yea. kgf worth. but small cap mid cap very uncertain.

can take a look on amb dividend trust fund. they have big cap.

so far..... Malaysia EQ... very shaky.

based on 6 month graph you also can't see the possible direction. local sentiment still strong. imdb still undergo investigation.

looks like only KGF is worth topping
other fund on the list doesn't look appealing to me too
