Any investment agency/company/start-up that tells u that there is a "Guarantee return" of a "certain % per year" you can challenge them.

Make sure you can differentiate between
"Guarantee Return" - Guarantee Return means any % of a dividend, no actual % will be told.
and
"Guarantee Return at xx Percentage" - is what it means, by the actual %
