I ordered my item last september 2017, returned the item on october 2017. Now is July 2018, still chasing them for the refund money.
If any Lazada rep sees this, your return policy has zero credibility. Small thing like refund also can't do it right. Lucky my item was not expensive. But a customer is a customer and please do your job right.
