Lazada can get you the best offer for many things. But take note though, their refund system is pretty shit. They don't gurantee their promises and oftenly, they tries bail themselves out of the mess. I've once ordered a food fryer. The fryer did not worked . I powered up a few times and read the manual a couple of times and still the whole crap would not power up. In the end i request a refund. I calls lazada to arrange the refund. They looked pretty "professional" to arrange that but rather trying to close the report as soon as possible. After i sent in the item , they say they'll refund me the postage which they did. But guess what ? They paid an extra RM50 on top of the postage fee. After that, they tell me that they're trying to close the refund report and i've to wait 2weeks for the refund. Yeap you heard that, close refund report but you have to wait for the refund. Which means they wants you have no pending transaction. So that if you kind of waited out 2weeks later, you might forget about it totally. And when after 2 weeks you call them, they give you bunch of excuses that the report has been close and they need time to check it . This is one hell of a scam i've dealt with such a company. At least i bought from lelong, there's no such thing. Lazada ? This is defintely a scam company that do not live up to their refund policy.
