I got same case as urs, defect items, so did u post back the item to seller?
Btw, we need to pay the postage costs to return the item? Or its free just drop back at lazada express return point?

I've even purchased a fryer oven before. I returned the product because i wasn't able to use it. It couldn't power on.
I sent the item back and lazada called me that they will refund me 1/2 plus the postage fee. Price was RM350 and they paid me RM150 only.
They quickly request to close the ticket and promised will refund the rest of the portion.
After ticket close, they never call me back and when i called them , it's always long queve.
It's a dubious corporate that always tries to eat your refunds.
