I own ryzen 1700 mated with biostar b350 itx and Kingston 8gb x 2. now in thinking to upgrade to ryzen 2700x by using existing biostar b350 mobo. any RAM recommended got 16gb x 2?

not all software optimize well to ryzen? like some software 3D modeling in construction, those common software maybe but like some other rate software might not be optimized well to ryzen? like the current I'm always using which is glodon software.
