GSKILL TridentZ RGB, 16-18-18-38 3200Mhz

GSKILL Flare X  F4-3200C14D-16GFX, 14-14-14-34 3200Mhz

if i am not wrong, tridentz rgb is hynix, while flare x is samsung b die?

hynix still got problem to reach 3200MHz with agesa 1.0.0.6?

Haiz, RAM is getting expensive now days, it cost more than my mobo lol bangwall.gif

Mmm...just checked Asrock website it seem like the board is having some limitation for high speed ram.

Hello everyone!
I am planning to buy a ryzen setup but can't decide for graphics card. RX580 8GB is not avaliable anywhere :/ RAM also not available. Any suggestion ? I will use like a server / video & photo editing / programming etc.

Go GTX 1060 6GB. AMD is currently overpriced. As for the RAM, G.Skill FlareX DDR4-3200 CL14 should perform slightly faster than Corsair Vengeance.

Yet GTX 1060 6GB still trade blows with RX 580. Its about how good is the chip.

GTX 1070 is another level of performance.

Don't buy 1070, super overpriced card. I go look at garage sales, so many people want about 2.2k for a GTX1070 used somemore. I found some GTX1080 selling for RM2700~ for a new one. Might as well get 1080 since price difference so minimal but big difference in performance.

GTX 1070 is better than GTX 1080 for mining. Only GTX 1080 Ti onwards is better than GTX 1070.

OC is a hit n miss, some chip need higher voltage, some may need lower.

actually, i think can reach 3.7Ghz - 3.9GHz is good enough. no need keep pushing 4.0Ghz unless u are after benchmarking and want to achieve or break world record lol.

Should be a silicon lotery...
Jz curious, coz someone told me almost every chip can reach 4.0...
But from what i hear is about 20%...
But for gaming performance,1600 will perform very very well @ 4.0ghz...
