Even AS1M no units??
That's quite surprise since people have negative stigma with 1M name.. Should have most units available...

And also people withdraw to convert into others currency investment or type..

Anyhow I guess most will panic withdraw when dividend goes below 6% devil.gif which would happen when ASM dividend announcement out in March ph34r.gif
*
Yah - but, withdraw for what, a better investment option, or go for simply spending rather saving.

Any low risk investment options are better than ASNx or EPF in the market?

Emotional withdraw, indeed, is a stupid action.

Nexona is right ! I'd be selling everytime I see a chance to convert out. But if there is no chance to convert out, ie waiting for good forex rates, other liquid funds available to send out first.. etc,... then I'll leave the funds inside PNB.

But yeah,... no choice-lar,.. to me, the RM is not worth investing into anymore, earning the RM from normal daily work is okay, but consciously investing and making more RM is not the right way to go today,... for me-lar,..

Added : I guessed it's win-win-lar,.. I'm happy to leave, and others are happy to buy more,... this is mkt ! If everybody is happy to leave, then it won't work for me anymore.

Speaking with a few estate negotiators these few days, concluded that many properties in Klang Valley are declining their values, which included some properties from the conventional demanding areas.

Yesterday, an agent sent me a list, 11 new units kicked out from booking because of loan rejection.

It is now the buyer time, especially for those with rich cash in hand.

Buying properties, maybe, an alternate of convert out, to secure weak RM.

I'm thinking of that.

it's a buyer market yes, but buyer still needs to get loan to finance their purchase.

and banks are very prudent now, and loans about 500K is very hard to come by unless one has very good credit rating.

and property markets all price their product >500K, of course can't get buyers lel

Malaysia has young population, so the demand for housing is always there, it's the matter of affordability.

Nobody wants to build property below 500K anymore nowadays... all want to build near prime area, 700-800K range.. how?
*
BNM is controlling the household debts. Indeed, it is creating an opportunity for people with strong financial affordability.

Loan trouble is to eliminate those speculators who used to use "high" leverage for making money from properties.

Therefore, those cash rich investors are king now by holding very strong bargaining power, and being powerful speculators.

Your contact shouldn't have given you the link. It's still in a beta mode. And the directive that we get is to not spread the URL to the public, at least until the system has stabilized. Oh well, now that the flood-gate has been opened. I can just wish you all good luck. Don't blame pnb/asnb yeah for error etc. It's still in beta. There's a reason only pnb staffs were given access so that we can give feedback, to ensure no untoward incidents when it is opened to the public.

For those who post the link here. Can I please request to delete it. And please don't spread the link yet. Even ASB is not yet added to the portal. And there are still many IT issues that need to be sorted out. Asnb has more than 10 million customers. We need some time. Be patient guys. Tak lari gunung dikejar.
*
I am really surprised by ASNB how they run their beta test with such approach - opening freely access to staff by a link without a comprehensive check on the user registration.

In practical, the beta for a highly secured application should be opened to a batch of qualified and selected users only. It is not like this way - Somebody gets the link, register the user access, and then, the access pass is granted, without proofing the user is the selected one or not, in this case staff. The only control is hoping staff do not forward the link to non staff only.

Wow! mega_shok.gif

Come on... this is a financial software, great impact, are them challenging or insulting hacker now?

Great, at least, sikit.

This is a great improvement of ANSB. At least, we do not need to see the boring non smiling face of bank staff.

Using it for swapping among funds.

Use free cash to buy the one you want more.

Then, sell the one you want to reduce.

MyAsnb is good in general.

But, I noticed that the system was designed to "play" us.

Why not, let the system just grab whatever available units as long as the grabbed units is less than my requested amount.

The current designed acquiring is rejected because of miss matched of the available units is 9,900 units and the requested 10,000 units.

9,900 I also want to take mah.... why must match my request of 10,000.... bangwall.gif

Wa, judging from this logic

Anyone can just enter one million unit even if just 50k units left, then he sapu all in one shot tongue.gif

If thats the case, anyone can just anter big big amount to sapu whatever remain, then the rest no need top up le laugh.gif
*
It won't be happened.

MyAsnb stated that each transaction is limited by RM30k, and RM50k for daily accumulated.

Just example tongue.gif

But it still doesnt prevent people from only entering 30k in hope to be the first to sapu whatever is remain if this system is applied laugh.gif

All the real time trading platforms, including Bursar, are designed in such a way which first come first serves, and MUST take whatever available units within your ordered units.

Ordering 5,000 shares, sometimes, matched by 3,500, you do not have an option to reject the order. You only can re-sell it.

lol, if use the same method, then our queue number could be 1000 before reaching our turn. I think asx has much more demand
*
Queueing is a bit complicated for a simple MyAsnb system. But, just follows the normal matching rule will do. That part is easy to do and much more streamlining.

may be u have to see, some one may be want to have exactly RM10,000 instead of RM9,900

if do like what u say, may be more complicated. just make it simple like hat the system behave, for me i think is ok
*
Unless the person is a rookie in online trading, most of traders are accepting below the acquired units. This rookie can't trade in Bursa or most of platforms with such expectation.

Due to such rigid design, MyAsnb indeed generate more requesting transactions. A good system designer always avoid unnecessary transitions for saving the resources.

All passbooks updated. Everything is Ok.

Just to share. Ensure you check your passbooks before leaving. My last transaction didn't appear in the passbook. Luckily I told the staff re check and he had to reprint everything out again in new pages as he can't enter the last line only.
*
Thanks for the info. I should do take since already have taken some units thro MyAsnb.

Tried just now.
ASW RM300
ASM RM100
AS1M RM100

Easy but need to try very small sum only can get....
*
In fact, these small sum tries can be eliminated if the system allows the placed order takes whatever units within the requesting units.

The system now is promoting investors to keep on trying with many small transactions. Every try is going to generate system workload. More tries more system workload.

So, once the system is opening for all investors, with such design, the workload can be a sky high, and causes system failure.

Why make investors susah, also system susah...lah!

It's easier to make a system that throw back an answer of yes or no rather than to be intelligent and give you the next best deal.

So you ask the system, RM100 got? Yes or No. Easier.
Trying to help you look for something smaller would need more rules set into the system and introduce potential set of problems.

That's my opinion lah.

Another would be, people will know how much is in circulation no??
And ASNB has been observed to be trying their best to cut off this exposure to people.

If I key in 1,000,000. And system throw back 999,000. Whoah. I will know how much there is free units!
Quickly get all my friends to buy.
*
The moment you see the figure, perhaps, already been taken by someone. Unless, the system locks the figure you are seeing, which is unlikely.

It is not what you see what you get, because all counters from the country are looking for a same thing, and hunting the same thing. It depends on who can be the faster to sapu the available units.

If not mistaken, 30k max per try.
So it may give some idea how much in circulation at that moment.

But then again, as above poster said.
If someone with a huge huge CAPITAL go and put 30k each time, and everytime grab whatever is inside.
It will give no chance for small ikan bilis investor.
This will throw fairness off balance.
*
If ASNB really want to take care of ikan bilis investors, they can simply play around with their current 2 settings - RM30K per transaction and accumulated RM50K per day.
