Out of curiosity, I tried to top up ASW- $200- same message. Then I tried ASM- $100- same message too.

I'm beginning to suspect so. If it's a system problem none of us would be able to top up at all but my guess is there are silent reader/stalkers who may have been able to top up but not share their results

Tried few times- finally got 100- ASM- x2, ASW- 100 x1. Instant update!

Now auntie will be interested to top up....  

better try small amount 1st.

Don't need to face those bank tellers that tell you tiada units.

wonder how frequent to update the passbook. if u keep trying RM100 and u got more than 20-30 time of small amount.
will it print all 20-30 times of small amount on passbook when u update it? or they will consolidated the amount into 1 .

for the passbook no update for long time, will they consolidate all transaction also?

the CASA passbook always have the consolidation for long time transaction.
