How do I put a will like let say if something happen to me, my mum or someone important to me inherit my savings? I heard if didn't put a will will straight go to Amanah Raya . And they will charge a lot to release to intended person

I'm quite confident there will be no mass pulling out. Our Malaysian investing public is not so savvy,... at 5.8%,.. this is still good,... nothing to worry. Come to think of it, even at 5% also,.. there will be no mass withdrawals.

But as i know if many people borrow money to invest into PNB fixed fund. Last time I heard the cost around 5.25% (if not mistaken, I dont borrow any so I dont know    ). Dropping below than that will trigger panic withdrawal I assume  .

It will be extremely easy to top up April onwards then 

He meant now with EPF at 5.7%, if ASM also below 6% most likely people will mass withdraw so it's easier to topup.

We shall see whether they dare to go beyond 6%. Even if goes below 6% my parents will not let me withdraw any out.
