Don't know about other branch, but the Affin I went, they suck...
I previously had fund in AS1M but without myASNB, so just wanted to go and update my phone number to create an online account, but they told me they can't update the information, they are JUST agent shakehead.gif
Funnier thing is, they advised me not to open an online account. It's risky, you might lost your money & units with online account they said... bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

Maybe that is just 1 banker's problem, but they are just not professional....

Can't log into maybank2u at the moment, waiting for ages to get into the m2u website. So thats probably why you can't top up.

I was wondering - if they get your ASNB account, what can they do with it aside from having some of your contact / bank account number details?

Only way to sell units is to go bank counter with your IC right?

guess they still noobie as they mention "we only agent"..

try going Maybank.. Should be okay.. because I updated my ASNB info there.. fill up ASNB update detail form.. they would update on the spot.. (key into system) biggrin.gif
