guys, whenever I "T", all my other devices/internet connection gets bogged down, slow as snail, even when the "T" speed are just around 300-500kbps. This happens with YouTube as well, although not as slow as when "T". When I stopped the "T", internet speed goes back to normal.

my ONU is the white color FiberHome, router is TPLINK WR841HP, with repeater TPLINK WA850RE.

Yeah! Signal a bit weak and but UI for web management is dead simple. Slightly laggish UI but bearable.
Speed wise 25mbps for my 30mbps package. is okay it seems?

I am currently on unifi 30mbps with ruby pack (promo) -RM179 per month. Just saw that on the website (occ.unifi.my) under 'my sevice' tab, there is an option where i could remove the ruby pack which cost me freaking rm30 everymonth. Is that true that i could reduce my current package to RM149 per month? Will i be penalised on that if i do so, coz i dont even watch the hyptv at all.

Another thing is that, am I still entitled for the upgrade to 50 mbps if i do so? FYI, I already accepted the speed upgrade, but yet to receive any sms from tm. Wondering when could I get my speed upgrade.><

I want to shift the huawei box(btu?) but the fiber optic cable?(the cable coming from outside the house) is not long enough, how do I extend it? Can I get it from shops or do I need to call tm? About how much will it cost? Anyone know?

told them wifi got problem, they just keep saying wifi is like this de, if you want stronger wifi u need to buy a new router.

yeah that's what I do, I even show them speed test on the spot and they say because u test at different floor (my router is at 3rd floor and I run speed test at 2nd floor) wifi can't support or smtg like that.

Day 4, unifi still down. seems like i unable to get them to come and fix the problem. i am losing my patience.

Hi guys, I saw some contractors laying black yellow cables near my Taman entrance and they told me that most probably after one month there will be some agents will ask house by house whether want to sign up for unifi or not..

I just sign up for 8Mbps plan last month due to my area has not been in Unifi Coverage. But the unifi free upgrade would be ending soon. Any way I could lock the promotion price until there is service in my area?

I'm only using Huawei WS-880 but flashed to XWRT-Vortex. A cheaper and fake version of AC-68U (as indicated on Asus Router app).
I bought mine at RM 199 when Sri Computer threw price last year.

Mind to share your ping rate? Mine hovering at 35-85 ms. Worse when using phone on wifi. Indah Permai area. 30mbps package.
