FTTH is way better due to lower latency (it's fibre optic anyway) compared to copper line

i cant wait for my 100 down/50 up upgrade, 50mbps for me when uploading 5-6gb of files everyday to my fileserver in Singapore & US is a bit of pain in the arse since upload is only 20. lol
imagine what 50Mbps upload can do..can cut almost half of the time i used to upload my stuff
for download, only once a week i need to kaw2 use to download 5-6 of 7gb size of files..

where did you set the DNS ? from the router itself or from windows settings ?

MIGHT be windows only detect the settings from the windows network configuration
why dont you just put in the DNS ip in windows configurations ? here's my settings

surprisingly,it used to work before. but then suddenly i cant access few pages that are blocked by our beloved MCMC (malaysiakini for example)
but once i set the dns thru windows settings, it works just fine. lol

staying in high rise or landed ?
most high rise building only support 30Mbps, hence no free speed upgrade and they offered something else for you.
my brother got the same offer too tongue.gif
