If you don't know your line number, you can try physically connect a phone to your unifi router and call your handphone. Or, go to online self service, logon there and there is the info. XXXXXXXXXXXBLUE=Area code RED=Phone number 8 digits, don't forget the padding. Example, if your phone number is 123456, then 00123456
