this is utter BS - i signed up for 30mbps unifi in dec 2016, completed installation in jan 2017 when they extended the promo till 28th feb 2017

my friend had call up and ask them that it should be automatic upgrade the exisiting unifi and streamyx user, not for exisiting users to go website and click this and that. TM answer that they will random pick existing customers and upgrade, but the government say all existing users.

I think they take the installation date as the "signed up" date. They are most likely upgrading customers in batches, with those registering after 31 Dec getting the upgrade after 1 March.

How about Unifi 10mb? Get upgrade or not

is the upgrade automatic? or also need to apply first?

I dont feel like clicking the the free upgrade button. My parents house is using VIP20 with OKU discount. Eligible for Advance 50 upgrade. When I clicked the "This is how you bill look like", I dont feel like committing. It showed the upgraded package charges with a discount. Will this discount be permanent? I really feel skeptical.

I also received this today. I'm skeptical that they will increase my monthly fee because VIP 5 package is no longer existed in their system.

Anyone know will they increase my monthly fee? Currently paying RM 149 (+ RM 8.96 GST)
