I upgraded last year from VIP10 to Adv30. Speeds are 30/10. Upload is capped at 10mbps whether or not there's any downloading going on.

Thanks for your input. As long as the upload speed maintains around 9-10mbps, that's good enough.

Its suppose to be 10m to 30m but for the time being we see most got upgrade are from 30m to 50m n so far didnt hear anyone from 10m got upgrade to 30m

Just got free upgrade from vip30 to vip50. Tested upload speed raise to 20mbps but international around 15 mbps.

Anyone that got the free VIP5 to VIP10 upgrade and added RM10 for ADV30 got their surprise upgrade to ADV50?

I just got an offer to add RM20 to get ADV30 now and free upgrade to ADV50 in April.

So, this speed upgrade I don't understand, do I have to sign up with my Unifi account, or automatic? I got 30MBPS plan few days ago and TM guy say no need to sign up

Apparently no need. I'm Advance 30 user since last year. I never got the sms or email asking me to register at the Thank You Surprise page. I go there anyway to check and it says "Your UniFi will be upgraded from February 2017 onwards". I emailed UniFi and they said the same thing. But up to now still on 30mbps. No upgrade yet.

If yours was installed by Feb 28th, you should be getting it too.

Your Unifi plan has been updated. please turn off modem for 10 mins and switch it back on to complete the update. thank you.

Fiber is not same as streamyx where dl n upload have affect.

U can full blast both at the same time.

Well, my area should be considered a very lucky area as we only got our unifi service available on aug or sept last year. Then now, we got free upgraded!
