Now, the problem.....these webe and gem5 are not "broadband improvement" plan.

Why?
Rebate rm10 = still need to pay for webe. Where is the improvement of existing broadband? This is ADD-ON purchase.
Gem5 voucher = Is giving out voucher consider as broadband improvement? This is also FREE GIFT.
Hyptv channel = NOT broadband improvement. Technically, free xx months is considered as PROMOTION or TRIAL.

Meanwhile, the FAQ also noted that Streamyx users are also part of the TM’s broadband improvement plan. Unfortunately, only a small fraction of TM’s 1.45 million Streamyx customers – around 100,000 – are eligible for the plan.


In addition to that, the FAQ also stated that all these customers are located in the Sub-Urban Broadband (SUBB) areas which means that Streamyx customers in major cities might be left out of the plan. Furthermore, these eligible customers will not have it easy anyway as they apparently need to apply for the new package which will be unveiled in June 2017 rather than being upgraded automatically.
