QUOTE(eclectice @ Oct 24 2017, 02:41 PM) I am also wondering about it but no, I don't receive any call or other SMSes except the SMS I've mentioned here. QUOTE(ToiletMaster @ Oct 24 2017, 03:16 PM) Okay then, I'll see what's gonna happen when he comes over then. Most likely you guys have a newer version of modem since I've been using Unifi for quite sometime, my modem is kinda old in a sense too. The older modems like HG850a have 100mbps ethernet ports. The newer modems have gigabit ports.Generally for upgrades to 30 or 50mbps, they won't change the modem. For 100mbps, they'll change it though there have been cases where they didn't. |

There is - final cable in Highrise is copper rather than fibre like for landedThe modem picture you showed says VDSL2 on it - that's for copper not fibre Anyway the silver modem is newer - I've had my black one for 5-6 years now. |

I'll update tomorrow once mine is upgraded - betweeen 9 and 12 in the morning apparently, hopefully no issues. Been waiting for ages, mostly looking forward to having a faster upload speed! |

Been waiting for months 50mb is fast enough for most things, but the extra upload is always good. |

FTTH should be able to support speed up to 1gbps.
Wonder if TM have that kind of infra to support. |
