I just got the 50mbps a few weeks ago. At first the speedtest is around 40+... but in the last few days, it was only 30+. Waddafak?

Around my area, TM were doing some laying of cables in the past 2 weeks. Is this the reason for the slower speed?

Btw I called unifi today why I haven't got upgraded to 100mbps..

They said my batch is June 2017. They upgrade in batches from February to June.

Called ,and they told me mine in June batch. Dunno got tipu or not .....all June

Maybe just default answer.

The unifi guy that came to check the unifi box at the tiang lektrik didn't add any additional physical thing.

The surrounding housing area they did add additional wiring.

All these done in December.


Summary: the physical infra at the housing level is ready, maybe just the gateway bandwidth etc

TM sent me the SMS and I've restarted the modem already. Speed still remains at 30Mbps. What gives?
