I would say 50% of my workout performance really base on my mood.
Positive thinking gives me better mood thus result me better workout session, even I had a bad sleeping quality previously. Sometimes when real life screw up, I tend to skip gym and fix my mood first before everything, when I don't feel right, I can't lift, that's me

Scientifically, rest, eat properly, eat the vege, eat the fruits, think positively.
If you need energy, take coffee before workout. Have a realistic short term goal.
Since you're female, I think
encouragement does have some impact on you, stay away from people that's trying discourage you. GL!
