 Want to ask how u all get energy

Hi i want to ask ...im aiming to get abs and muscle...
But my problem it is im 30 right now..
my energy too weak..im also have asthma

This my first time i want to go to gym
I wanna ask how to get energy if i do cardio only 5 minutes its too tired for me..
If I at home too tired and feel sleepy..
Please help..i need to know where you all get energy to workout

Need supplement??or what??

I would say 50% of my workout performance really base on my mood.
Positive thinking gives me better mood thus result me better workout session, even I had a bad sleeping quality previously. Sometimes when real life screw up, I tend to skip gym and fix my mood first before everything, when I don't feel right, I can't lift, that's me laugh.gif

Scientifically, rest, eat properly, eat the vege, eat the fruits, think positively.
If you need energy, take coffee before workout. Have a realistic short term goal.

Since you're female, I think encouragement does have some impact on you, stay away from people that's trying discourage you. GL!

If you want some muscle need some resistant/weight training, cardio make you smaller.

Eat and sleep well. You won't be tired the entire day, so find a time slot you know when you feel best. For me that's first thing in the morning at 6am, for others it might be after work or during lunch time. Try and figure out what works for you. I find coffee or pre workout helps to give a little boost before workouts. Good luck!

There's many ways to improve on this. First of all, are u eating right, sleep enough, over-stressed etc. Things like that will affect your performance at the gym. The timing of your workout could also be one factor, but to me you can work on that over time. Some people just feel more energetic working in evenings compared to mornings vice versa but you can make it a habit so your body will adjust. You don't need supplement if you're just starting out technically speaking. If you're interested in gain muscles, firstly you should look at strength training and not cardio and make sure you're eating at a surplus to gain. I'm also a female and trust me, most females don't eat enough in a day hence why they get weak even after lifting a 5kg dumbell for 2 seconds.

Start slow

5 min, rest, another 5 min, rest ,another 5 min. Done

Next session, 6 min, rest, 6 min, rest, 6 min, done

Next session 7 min....you get the drill.

music, you wouldn't know how incredible it is.

start from easy till med till hard till hardcore, and will power as per mentioned is very crucial.

I maintain this for years even though my friends/gf/families think I bodo spent so much of accumulated times to workout.

anyway I suspek u know not much about workout, kindly youtube and you'd understand already..
