bungalow 2,2m ok woh
i perfer developer build bungalow than sendiri own build
few of my friends regretted
1. sendiri build bungalow, 400-500 sqft min
2. hard to resell cause own styled bungalow ( not all want that style )

If no intention to sell, self-built bungalow can follow own preference and specifications. Further, Gentlebre is individual-titled vs Stoneridge strata-titled - so you don't have much restrictions in building your palace in Gentlebre.

Self built really depends on your neighbors one.
If you're buying in rich neighborhood, self built really nice.

Sorry to say, but if buying in Kampung area... You will get shock by how your neighbors building their house.

Gentlebre fall under which category? Haha...

Throw back my experience of attending a party at Seksyen 13 Jalan Kelab Golf... Those self built are really nice...

By the way, I experienced first time on RFID access and Pre-Visitors registration there last Saturday.

diff story if developer, buy in bulk purchase and can get 150-250 sqft

If only developer would build bungalow & sell at cost price.... tongue.gif Normally own build is cheaper than developer build, unless BU is too small lah...

Also, own build can have own preferred design & materials mah.... sumore can do workmanship QC during whole construction period... end result sure better de...

my friend bought 8k sqft land
wanna build 4k sqft x 3 storey, the structure cost already 250 sqft

another friend built bungalow 18m, mau jual susah oh
even after 3 years, already ask few agents, price lowered to 16m also cannot sell :S

Market price for building bungalow (bao ga liao) should be around 300psf nia.... not inclusive of land cost of course. If build at hillside or those terrains that need complex pilling/foundation, sure more expensive la..

wah... 16/18M bungalow sure difficult to sell lor.... those with BU above 10k also hard to sell adi....

Zero lot bungalow Tralas in Setia Ecohill last time launch is about 1.6mil.. 52 x 90, buildup about ~ 3200 sqf..

Sorry, no need to compensate us. Cause CRADLETON REALLY UPGRADED SPEC (roof tiles).

They use such a "creative way" to surprise us. Haha...
