bungalow 2,2m ok woh
i perfer developer build bungalow than sendiri own build few of my friends regretted 1. sendiri build bungalow, 400-500 sqft min 2. hard to resell cause own styled bungalow ( not all want that style ) |

my friend bought 8k sqft land wanna build 4k sqft x 3 storey, the structure cost already 250 sqft another friend built bungalow 18m, mau jual susah oh even after 3 years, already ask few agents, price lowered to 16m also cannot sell :S |
