No lah. SD cluster is expected to be around RM1.3M. Tenderfields 2B is 32×75 for RM896k when it was launched. Notwithstanding the same land size of both, not sure about the build up of Stoneridge offering.

I understand that there will be SD in Stoneridge as well but not many. I believe it will be sold with the furniture but I think this should be negotiable if keen buyers want to exclude that.

Which precint are you? I made the payment for my Tenderfields unit and don't receive such letter. Suggest you check with EM and ask them to check with TNB.

The Strata Titles (Amendment) Act 2013 requires the developer to secure the strata title upon delivery of VP but since Cradleton is launched (DO issued) before STP 2013 came into force, so the rules doesn't apply. So I think can "buy time". Anyway, I blow water oni.

Early this year I understand that there were still corner / end lots for 2B and some intermediate and corner/end lots for 2C left. Not sure about now whether still got balance. Have you checked with EM SA?

If no intention to sell, self-built bungalow can follow own preference and specifications. Further, Gentlebre is individual-titled vs Stoneridge strata-titled - so you don't have much restrictions in building your palace in Gentlebre.
