QUOTE(Diver Lim @ Mar 6 2017, 02:11 PM) Bandaraya. Pray hard they don't put a "TAMAN CRADLETON" signboard in front of your house after they take over. LOL... MPKJ already upgraded to Bandaraya?

QUOTE(enriquelee @ Mar 6 2017, 02:20 PM) Local authority will spend such money to maintain this kind of 'premium' infrastructure? I thought they only do basic maintenance. All depends on when EW want to handover to MPKJ. After handover, is hard loh.. Just like Setia Alam, until today Setia still maintaining it.. I assume EM also will be the same lah.. Unless EW want to dump his first born landed child in KV fast lah.. This post has been edited by samkps: Mar 6 2017, 02:25 PM

QUOTE(Diver Lim @ Mar 6 2017, 02:24 PM) This is always the question. the police force, landscaping, swan lake, entrance guardhouse (east, west, south, north)... all might be LPPL after handover. I am hoping if the commercial area like silversquare would fund to subsidy or assist to maintain even in long-run, would it be possible? Any strata regulation said that? Not compulsory why commercial would like to contribute the fund, and more importantly who want to manage it?

QUOTE(Diver Lim @ Mar 6 2017, 02:25 PM) This is a long-term burden, not easy it take it on for long-term... unless they have handsome profit from commercial area? After 20 - 30 years, I think the current landscape also not that premium liao loh...

QUOTE(klangvalleyrookie @ Mar 6 2017, 04:25 PM) EW won't break own rice bowl one.... some more after handover to majlis, got 2nd party to share maintenance cost. Hehe..... It is just a strategic biz decision for EW. Yeah, that's why I am expecting something like the "history" of Setia Alam to be repeated here as well..

QUOTE(Diver Lim @ Mar 9 2017, 11:23 AM) If i understand correctly, other terrace house never remove trees for street light. At least my other house don't. 4 houses 1 tree mean one roll of 12 houses, 3 trees only, pity than taman cap ayam. Ha... like this Ecohill is cap ayam too... Attached thumbnail(s)

QUOTE(Diver Lim @ Mar 9 2017, 12:15 PM) At least tree are nice and no skip... trees - light - tree - light Cradleton is: empty - light- empty- tree- empty- light- empty - treeI think only 1A is like this, 1B, 1C, 1D is okay.. How come? Guard can differentiate 1A from 1B, 1C and 1D?

QUOTE(ckg @ Mar 9 2017, 12:24 PM) I don't see any overhead cabling, so I'm assuming that it will be easier to lay out the lighting in one row instead of alternate rows. Then it will also be easier for maintenance in the future. Or maybe the designer feels it will give a nicer look. Somebody has to loose the tree whichever side it the light goes Replacing tree with street light is okay.. But now the problem is only 1A got alternate trees planting, other units like 1C and 1D no alternate planting.. Very obvious less trees for cheapest unit... hehehe, after grass, now we count trees... QUOTE(serenet @ Mar 9 2017, 12:29 PM) I think its not about quantity of trees..... its about the selling point of the project...ie. a nice lanscaped garden ... nicely done back land garden, where u can take ur tea time there..&spend more time to interacting/chit chating witb ur neighbour ther etc...... when the so call unique selling point are not being materialized...sure buyer gonna be dissapointed .. cant blame buyer to hv such expectation....as tht is wht been sold initially... if only one person tht hv such expectation...thn it might be tht single person is putting too high hope...but now it looks like most ppl hv same expectation. Backlane garden yet to see the final product, central garden also not seen yet.. But the main roundabout garden looks okay lah.. It will be better if can have more colourful shrub.. QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Mar 9 2017, 03:36 PM) When sth different is given it may create controversy / dispute more so if the value or perceived value of things given are not the same and not comparable with the purchase value. I wonder whether EM have thought about this. Same precinct must be all same lah on the common amenities... How can differentiate common amenities within the same precinct one.. Adui..

Petrol Station reserve land also up for sale now? There are so many petrol stations in Semenyih already (Petronas, Shell, Petron, BHP, etc), not an urgent amenities to have ler.. I would be much delighted if they putting the tender on building the SRJK leh.. It is already 2017 March liao.. Still no news on it? "There are also plans to have a school in the development by early 2017, says Chang." http://www.theedgeproperty.com.my/content/...jestic-semenyihIf EW can push the Chinese School in EM as fast as they push the house launching on all the landbanks, then I give you a like lah..
