All depends on when EW want to handover to MPKJ. After handover, is hard loh.. Just like Setia Alam, until today Setia still maintaining it..

I assume EM also will be the same lah.. Unless EW want to dump his first born landed child in KV fast lah..

Replacing tree with street light is okay..

But now the problem is only 1A got alternate trees planting, other units like 1C and 1D no alternate planting..

Very obvious less trees for cheapest unit...

Petrol Station reserve land also up for sale now? There are so many petrol stations in Semenyih already (Petronas, Shell, Petron, BHP, etc), not an urgent amenities to have ler..

I would be much delighted if they putting the tender on building the SRJK leh..

It is already 2017 March liao.. Still no news on it?
