Just bought the Razer Ornata Chroma about a month ago and noticed that some of the keys are starting to lose the "clicky-ness" already... guess the so called mecha membrane wears off quicker than i expected...

Actually I did not do research before decide to buy a Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2, I was began to regret and decided to replace my keyboard to Corsair K70 LUX RGB red switch. Chroma V2 is getting cheaper now, price was dropped again down to RM619 (Lazada). I was bought for RM673.90 at 2 months ago and having bad experience with the seller in 11street. They sent to me the tournament edition, so I was request for exchange. From the date that I order, then receive the wrong product after 1 week, then I sent back to them and request for exchange. Really quite bad experience with the seller at that time. Waste my 2 weeks time to get that keyboard.

So far my keyboard was updated to firmware 1.01 and did not find any technical issue eg LED lighting issue. However, for built quality, I was notice some of the keys do not hold sturdy. I still can moving the keys left and right after press them down. This is just the little disappointed for my Razer keyboard but not a big issue for me.

Anyone having problems with Synapse?

Mine starts upon PC starts, stays in tray, unable to Open for a few months, then finally crashed unable to start when I swapped my DeathAdder 2013 to DeathAdder Chroma TE.

So I had to uninstall and remove all Razer files, uninstall all related peripheral drivers, and reinstall an older version of Synapse. Am afraid to update Synapse as of now, anyone else with the same problems?

Synapse fail everything cannot use damn annoying. Also the DPI on the deathadder TE won't go below 5000 or above 6400.

You can try using your mobile hotspot to login

Thinking of getting either the Razer Mamba TE, razer deathadder elite, or rival 310..
Which should I go for? But I'm leaning towards the mamba, any one having bad experience with the sensor? Mainly playing dota2

I have the same issues, updated to latest firmware. same problem arises after a few months.. disappointed as this is my 2nd deathadder chroma.

I updated via synapse initially but that didn't work.
It was some link that the razer support pass to me that works.

Regardless after 6 months or so. There was another issue with the mouse so I stopped using it.

My other razer product seems to be ok(black widow/blade stealth/orochi/lancehead). So I guess it's really luck.

any mouse alternative that have the same hand/size feeling similar as the razer deathadder? is rival 300 a good alternative?

just bought a deathadder elite, anyone notice the scroll wheel not align in the middle between left and right click? my scroll wheel is actually closer to the left click or is it my mouse only.

My blackwidow is dying.
Got the random button input now just after updating synapse.
Something is really fishy, feels like it's about to spoil anytime soon.

Guess 3-4 years is the lifespan of most razer stuff...

well i got bored with mine and just pulled the trigger on huntsmen Elite.

(friends going to US on sat and will be back in two weeks. so got it delivered to couz house)

Just read the review about the huntsmen elite.
As cool as optomechanicsl switches are, I need the macro keys and the design isn’t my cup of tea.

I bought the blackwidow chroma 2 as replacement instead.

canceled the order. no usb passthrough. they can go die wei in this day and age.

the non elite.. since it doesnt have that surround rgb thingy.. whats the excuse for atleast that to have a passthrough..

picking up a logitech g512 linear.

I'm using these on a mac for media editing, thus macro keys are a must.
Besides, the support on synapse 2 is slow for the latest razer products.

I believe they're only supported after 3-4 months after release.

Never get a brand new peripheral from razer if you're not on windows.
