Sounds that AKPK is a wrong setup with good initiative.

AKPK seems that indirectly encourage people wild spending by projecting a hope that AKPK will help them to resolve their unbearable debts later.

"spend lah... worst to worst.... go for AKPK"

AKPK should impose a rule as a condition of using their service, by increasing the person's EPF contribution to 15% or more, after freeing their debts.

AKPK should not only solve people's debt problem, indeed, help them to save money. Because, all these people come for help, are poor in money management.

...never thought someone can have so much debts...my rule of thumb for small purchases is.. if u cant buy the thing cash u cant afford it..

think it takes a lot of courage to go to APDK
all the best to u...dont give up
try not to repeat the same mistake again...u have children and wife to support...having a normal lifestyle is acceptable ..dont spoil your children

Somehow I have a feeling his debt has increased since his last post because his mindset didn't really change.

It looks like your lifestyle is the enemy right now. You and ur wife is doing the same. Spending money for nothing. People with low income still can live with normal food, clothes, education.

you both change ur attitude first, then only thinking about restructuring loans....if not, later on it will keep on piling up.....

give an update of your current restructured loan schemes vs expenses.

how you survive and how do you earn more side income.

Your story still surprise me since beginning till now. I'm a father of two and am gonna be 30 y.o next year.

I have no relative to help too. My marriage expenses covered by a personal loan that ended this month after 5 years (30k).

But my gosh, you had a lot of spending at your back bro. Our expenses (house car bills etc) almost the same if not higher but I still can't fathom the fact that you this much of loans to cover it. blink.gif

I heard from you that you lost your job in between and your wife had her own commitment too. I sincerely hoped that once you finished all the repayment, you did not restart the cycle again. Reason being, you have no saving I assume for now and by the time you done with repayment, it might be too late.

Finding an additional income isn't too hard nowadays. For example, you can select to become an agent for insurance (since you are in banking) or direct selling (coway cuckoo tupperware etc) so that all can help you with generating the money.
