Axia/Bezza for fuel economy. (bad NVH though)
Myvi would be better with safety system.
Jazz if you want the larger interior space but same hatchback profile.
Aruz if you really need the space + safety system. (MPV/SUV, poorer fuel economy)
Maybe consider Yaris if you can live with the ugly front.

+telescopic steering is good but doesn't pull laterally far enough. At least it's there. Nice to have.
+boot space/rear passenger seat fold down = literal cave.
+cheapest hybrid, if it's still being sold.

-it's 2019, AEB should be mandatory.
-stupidly long dashboard, hard to estimate bumper until you sit high.
-stupid front design that when you park daily under trees, the leaves and twigs can enter the engine bay and get stuck then get piled up in very odd + hard to reach places; and they also enter into the cabin air filter.
-the gaps. nobody can escape the gaps. gaps everywhere.
-thin layer of paint.
-poor quality glass/glass coating used.
-shitty hybrid drivetrain at low speed jam/crawl.

Jazz Neutral
=rear camera quality is... kinda poor but serviceable.
=stock headunit is useless. 🚮
=stock speakers can throw away. 🚮

Honda quality dropped pretty badly in the recent years.
I had my front wiper washer* motor fail after 1 year 3~4 months. Imagine that. Something so common and rarely used, yet it failed.
Dashboard start rattling noticeably after 7~8 months. With music on above conversation level.

If you're fine with the idea of spending 70~90k on a car with rattles, tin kosong gadgets, and poor build quality, this is the car to take.  :thumbsup:

I am visited one of the honda wanted to look at City to compare with my old city. Was told non on display and stock is low as Melaka plant is not producing at the moment due to the taxation duty for local made CKD cars.

Was told Hybrid city/jazz was no longer on sale too?

Ah okay that make sense plus the hoo hah on pricing for CKD vehicles. Even the show room was empty devoid of cars. only brv/crv on display.

My brief test drive tell me it felt much better than city I am driving now (obviously newer car lol). :thumbsup: I doubt if it possible to do hard driving and hard cornering when the need arises. No doubt it is a good city zipper.

Isnt hatch supposedly better handling than sedan? Ah, 16 inch wheel will zap fuel consumption for sure. I suppose the FC with 15 is quite reasonable? Is it around 400++KM per full tank on your ride?

your wheel mod wont void warranty or you did it after warranty over? What tyres did you use together with Advanti?

Looks wise like i prefer GE8 (Current version quite tame in looks)  and they have all wheel brakes too instead drum brake of the current version.

i've got similar experience.

my wife GE service interval is 5k km, while newly released (that time la) GK is 10k km.
i emailed Honda malaysia & they replied that it is based on their study (to give GK 10k km svc interval).
same engine L15A GE GK but GK can longer interval? cannot brain.

Does anyone here know what are the tyre options for 2018 Jazz with 15inch stock rims?

The current original rims and tyre size that came with the car is 175/65R15.

Can this original rims fitted with a slightly larger tyre such as 185?

I know its good to go SC for service, but the services are getting a tad too expensive for me.

Last service also cost around 900+, kinda ridiculous if it was me.

would it be better off to just download the jazz service schedule and service outside? any workshops recommended in KL area?
