Almost everywhere I go, people buy from furniture from IKEA.

I know their selection is much wider than the Kedai Perabot Ah Chong just next to the corridor. But don't you think we should give a chance to other furniture store to proof their service?

I'm also a regular with Yamato (not with IKEA) and I must concur Yamato service had been deteriorating. This case would not happen if IKEA does their own shipping.
