To be fair to all those working on Sundays and are off on Fridays in certain states, Digi should consider including Friday as part of the "weekend".

Visiting a Digi Centre nowadays is much worse than, say, a visit to JPJ. I wasted a whole morning at Digi only to be told that the SMS that threatens to suspend my line can be ignored.
Plus parking at my local JPJ is free.

I have both postpaid and prepaid (Best V4, grace period) accounts with Digi. Do I have to redeem the MyDigi app 3 x 1GB freebie for each account separately or do I need to do this only once?

Finally updated to MyDigi 5.0.0 However, it seems like a step backwards. - Can't log in to CONNECT. Sometimes the app can see the number I'm on and lets me in, sometimes it insists on going through CONNECT which doesn't work.
- Can't see my other numbers because I can't connect to CONNECT. Later I reinstalled old version of MyDigi and had no problems.
- When I first updated this morning I got a message saying my free 3x1GB will start 17 Mar. And yet when I claimed this, it starts right today.
- No usage progress bar, unlike older version.
- Generally too bright; no dark theme option.
- I thought older MyDigi was slow. This 5.0.0 is worse.

So most likely that Digi already moved your number to your another CONNECT account. Maybe you can give a try to login with your other CONNECT account Digi number. I get what you're saying but as far as I'm aware I only have one CONNECT account since I've only ever used one email for all my numbers. Unless there is a ghost account lurking somewhere in the system. Anyway I'll find time this week to go to a Digi Store and sort this out.
