When we complain about slow network, we also have to bear in mind that we're also part of the problem. It's like motorists stuck in a traffic jam complaining about the traffic, when they're also contributing to it. Too many of us want our cake and eat it. The telcos are guilty of raising our unrealistic expectations. And we consumers are willing to believe we can have it all. Hence the inevitable disappointment when things don't turn out to be so fantastic.

This is what I get upon attempting to log into CONNECT in MyDigi 5.0.0.  No problems logging in in previous MyDigi.

QUOTE(rgchai @ Mar 6 2017, 08:51 AM)
I'd faced same problem with my BB after updated to new MyDigi apps, but I resolved this after login to my other CONNECT account (other Digi prepaid number).

When login to my other CONNECT account, I tried the option to join other number into current account (under +View other numbers), entered IC Number then played around with the options. I can't recall which option I clicked, think none of the methods can link my BB account successfully at that time. But, surprisingly, I closed the apps and reopen it after few minutes, I realised that my BB account already inside the list of my Prepaid Account login.

Think this issue only happened for those who have multiple CONNECT accounts. Digi seemed wanted to eliminate those with multiple CONNECT accounts and merge them into single account now, but not sure if Digi help to merge the accounts or due to certain actions I'd done on MyDigi Apps. Think the message "No valid number returned from CONNECT" meaning that the CONNECT account has no digi number linked already. So most likely that Digi already moved your number to your another CONNECT account.

Maybe you can give a try to login with your other CONNECT account Digi number.
*
Well I went to the Digi Store, and Digi CS was also flummoxed by my problem. They just help me escalate the case to their network division.

Anyway, later I tried to log in to my CONNECT profile but I couldn't change anything.

Suddenly I can now log into the app thru my CONNECT account. This is just weird.

I know this. Problem now is very bad signal compare to other phone with digi. Always a few bar less.
*
Different phones will interpret cellular signal strength differently.

Example: My Samsung Galaxy S4, -100dB 4G signal is 1 bar or no bar. My OnePlus 3T, -100dB 4G is FULL or ¾.

Digi Postpaid 50/80/110 subscribers can now enjoy 4G Weekend Internet on all Digi networks (EDGE, 3G & 4G) effective immediately. Happy surfing!
*
It was already the case for some months. Only Digi has finally acknowledged this officially.

Guys the digi family data sharing thing , digi website said just add rm 10 to share internet to another gadget.
But my question is , I'm currently on the 110 plan, means weekends the another gadget also get unlimited data? Since its "sharing" , by logic it's that way right ?
Coz I'm planning to put the sim for my desktop use if it's unlimited . Digi website said only 25gb.
*
No, the unlimited weekend internet cannot be shared with other SIMs. The best you can do is have your phone as mobile hotspot.

I have both postpaid and prepaid (Best V4, grace period) accounts with Digi.  Do I have to redeem the MyDigi app 3 x 1GB freebie for each account separately or do I need to do this only once?
*
To answer my own question, each number has been given its own entitlement of 3 x 1GB free data, so long as you open the app with the internet of that SIM running. So even my Gadget SIM got the free data when I opened the app with the Gadget SIM internet accessed through Wi-Fi. Effectively I have 3 x 3 x 1GB free data now.

U can ask digi to activate volte via
1) customer service
2) live chat
3) digi centre
4) put ur sim into iphone n wait

But.... Digi has disabled volte for s7 edge due to samsung issue

Currently only iphone se, 6 series, 6s series, 7 series
Huawei p9, mate 9

Allowed volte in dg network
*
Digi CS has already enabled VoLTE in my postpaid account, but my phone OnePlus 3T is so far not supported by Digi, so no VoLTE for me at the moment. (OnePlus 3 users already reported to be happily enjoying VoLTE on YES 4G.)

Hi guys ... I am currently using Maxis One Plan 128 with 15gb data..  I am thinking of porting over to the Digi Postpaid 110 with 25gb data. May I know what is Roam with Home? As it gives 5gb data and 60mins free voice call in 8 countries which includes Singapore (which I visit monthly) Is it a free add on/activation? Or do I need to pay a monthly commitment?

Thanks.
*
Roam with Home Monthly is free at the moment for Postpaid 110 subscribers until end of 2017 after which it is RM30 a month (and you can unsubscribe or re-subscribe any time you want).

Hi, if i want to port into digi prepaid live, can i do it through any dealer or must go queue at digi store?
*
I think you can do it online:

http://new.digi.com.my/prepaid-plans

Click on the blue button "Port-in to Digi Prepaid Live" somewhere halfway down the page.

Are you sure.yesterday i go to port in to digi at digi store in jusco au2.why i need to pay rm10  for that services and sim card is no credit as well..
*
According to Digi website the AU2 one is a "Digi Specialised Store" (run by 3rd party, licensed to carry out limited types of Digi services), so it's not a proper "Digi Store".

Just bought one the other day. Its normal SIM size with cut out for MICRO size. If ur phone using NANO sim like iPhone 7 u need to cut it manually at the shop.
*
He's talking about buying online right now. You probably bought from existing stock that's been sitting there for some time that's why you don't have the 3-size-in-1 SIM.

I'm afraid all those download superheroes from Webe will now come to Digi and clog up this network (as if this network isn't bad enough already). sad.gif

Should choose better telco partner for their roaming customer..

because only SMART in PH Digi has roaming...

They can Choose Globe instead
*
Then using your logic, I can say that it's your own fault for choosing Digi as your home carrier in the first place.
