QUOTE(breonwei @ Jun 15 2017, 07:17 AM) So far no success with S8, Nexus 6p and iPhone 5. Connecting directly to the USB port, enable MirrorLink in S8, HU displayed "Unsupported device". Nothing happen w 6p & iPhone 5. Also tested on the HDMI port, which only display a blue screen and nothing else. Not to mention ebrake bypass cable is not available yet for this HU. For iPhone 5 is lightning connector already right? Have u tried with their lightning AV adapter? I think you can charge also at the same time while on HDMI but need another usb to lightning cable. The HU is only good for radio station and bluetooth audio streaming... And you can't change to after market HU when warranty is still valid. This post has been edited by soitsuagain: Jun 15 2017, 08:05 AM |

QUOTE(zhixin @ Jun 19 2017, 04:34 PM) hi, i wanna ask one question. for Honda City FL, we need to use which engine oil to last 10,000km mileage before next service? The factory spec oil that comes with the car can last until 10,000km. In a honda sc they normally choose for u. The only option is if u choose to stay with mineral oil (as per Honda website) or to upgrade to fully synth. |

QUOTE(hvaly87 @ Jun 22 2017, 09:46 PM) Haha, i dunno. Thanks for informing. Need some time to explore and get used to it... any specific place is designed to keep coins? I went to Mr. DIY to buy a cheap coin purse. Last time it cost me 1.90. Can really store a lot which is handy for those DBKL parking... |

Guys I am planning to buy the 3M Nomad Car Mat for my car. The one with the coil loops. It will cost about RM170. The cheap one that I bought keeps on slipping and getting crumpled or bunched up which is quite frustrating. I have tried to stick velcro on it to prevent it from slipping but it came off after like a day. Would the 3M one be worth it?

QUOTE(Suarez23 @ Jul 5 2017, 11:54 AM) The car mat i bought from Brothers i think RM 130-150, forgotten. With HEEL PAD also. I'm satisfied with my purchased so far not moving at all, thinking my other car change to this mat as well cause having the same problem crumple on the driver side and the one i use are the one with studs. Is it good to have heel pad? If there is any sand then it could easily be spotted, won't it? |

QUOTE(xin @ Jul 8 2017, 11:51 PM) No need for those dodgy runners, if you are going back to Honda for repairs. They will advise you step by step. The tedious part is need to wait for the official investigation report from Polis Trafik which takes 1-2weeks to produce and then collect personally. As long as the person that knocked you already reported and the police already identified that the person is at fault then Honda will initiate the claims from your insurance and when u obtain the investigation report then your insurance company will claims with the person insurance. Your NCD and insurance will remain unchanged. If possible ask the person to send you their insurance policy to speedup the process. IMO cars after 5 years just passed to the runners. They will do it for you quick and easy. And they will even help you to obtain the keputusan from the police officer. Besides, any workshop that is too shady and overcharge will no longer be in the panel. If under HIP better to call their road assist and have them towed the car to the Honda center after police report |

Those SCs that tries to overcharge you, I am not sure you can go back to them. When their service advisors are suckers I doubt their service technicians are any better. Since the kepala is rosak case, it will goes down to everyone.
I recommend going somewhere else. |

I ended up buying the 3M Nomad Coil Mat for my car. This is for the front only. I stick some velcro on all 4 sides and so far the velcro has been holding up much better. The back was flat so it was easier to stick on it where else on the cheap coil mat the velcro came off less than a day as it isn't as flat.
Gives for a more pleasant drive. It has been two weeks now. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by soitsuagain: Jul 25 2017, 04:26 PM |
