Hi guys. Would like to ask if you guys were asked to service based on the date in the service booklet instead of the mileage. I don't travel too much and I can hardly achieve the 10k mileage in 6 months. But my SC insisted that I must service based on the date, or else I won't be entitled for the free labor charges. This means paying more to service my car more often that I should based on my mileage. Anybody else encountered this? Thanks.

i think most of the city owner facing this problem due to bad assemble job by HM....u also can try to c the rear bumper gap between the tail light, front bumper & the front fender gaps all misalign...
u also can try to use some force to push ur rear bumper inward...sure u will feel why a honda's car quality bcame like that...

My current mileage 9.5k, suppose to service at 10k.. Called up service center to make schedule, appointment make in next 2 week, I told the guy I will exceed 10k mileage in next 2 week and ask if this alright..

He said no problem.. As long dont excedd 15k mileage then is ok.. That very suspicious.. If within that period my car got issue, dont know will void warranty or not..

Since I have no proof that he said no problem if within 15k milaege..

My car started leaking since 4 days ago after I passed through a hump in high speed and knocked underneath my car.
Went to check it was air con water leaking the mechanic told me it's normal but before this I never seen my car leak this much or even a single drop of water spotter at my car park. Whenever I park my car I see the trail of water ever since knocking into the hump incident. The vehicle is only 6 months old at 9600+ mileage clocked. Temperature everything is normal.

i understand from Honda SC that nowadays when you purchase your car, you must get the tint together with Honda else the warranty for the power windows will be void. I was told when doing booking. Appreciate the input.

Previous Honda don't have VSA on all standard specs. Becos competitors force minimum safety features on all specs, need to follow. Huh..  Can afford to buy 75k and above car, rm 350 for rear brake DISC pad need to grumble or teeth pain??

I want to ask. My car just 6738km mileage. spare tank radiator Coolent level already drop to min level. Is that normal ? And if want to buy the coolent. Which coolent I should buy. Honda coolent

My 1km service was 2jan. The service center write on sticker that 10km service on 2july. I thought they count wrongly and its shd be 6 months from purchase date, ie 2june. Am confused.

Hi guys, i need to do my 40K service soon, but i have some question to ask regarding the service prices.

When i did my 30K service back then i refer the service price at honda malaysia website. According to the website it should be around RM291.70. But to my surprise after the service advisor calculate the price is very much different. Mine total around RM429. There is no additional item what so ever, just normal thing.

When i ask the SA why the price is different he said he gave me "better" item. For example the oil to fully synthetic like that sorry doesn't really know much about cars. So yeah, because of all those supposedly "better" items, the price differs around RM100++ everytime i did my service. I just notice this when i did my 30K service because i never compared the price before this.

So i wanna ask u guys, why is it so much different in term of pricing and is it ok if i didn't use the "better" item that the SA ask to every time i go for my service and just follow the website pricing?
