Hi, I've encountered a similar issue. You will need to message their customer care email to get some info about your parcel. I ordered on 25th of December and my order is expected to arrive tomorrow on 5th of Jan, FYI they've refunded me my RM 50.00 delivery charge. Their customer care guy is quite friendly just feel free to ask them and make requests.

My jdsports experiences now a love hate relations. Most insane comfy shoes i bought from em now is one of the cheapest, i dunno how comfy UB is but this, this make ANY NMD to shame both on comfort level and fits. My fave boost shoes now. Not holding me breath when ordered it. Its only 80pound n was expecting out of stock refund as any high demand shoes on sale.

Btw if u dont get any tracking nor respond on ur orders, try checking ur bank statement, sometime they just refund whole thing back without even noticing you probably bcoz out of stock. Happened to me twice now. Jdsport uk btw not my

Got my shoes just now, disappointed with the duration of the delivery but finally got my sneakers before I head back to uni for the new semester.

The facebook comments don't lie. Even if its cheaper to purchase from them don't let your looking for a discount get in the way of common sense. In the end, if the item you ordered is slow to come or doesn't even come at all, that's the same as wasting money and not getting anything in return.

U can’t even buy from adidas store
U need register adidas japan. Order then they sendnto the shop to collect.
All those common size like 9,10 u cannot buy. Specially for their japan ppl.
So if u buy from JD store. Not 100% they have the shoe.
