yep, mine failed 2x using pib visa plat.

called bank, it seems my PiB card was not enabled for Ecom/CNP since many years ago .... weird cuz i've been using this card for ewallet reloads successfull each month ....

seems like this is a new setup in PBe... we need to re-enable/opt-in the Ecom/CNP settings in PBe 

call CS to uplift the block, but only a temporary release

they are blocking kiple on purpose as they deem it as 'high risk'

likely due to ppl abusing and frauding pb cards usig kiple a the medium

i email kiple and this morning they revert me to fill dispute form.....i will fill and let see haha not because the RM1.....is i really want know this RM1 pergi mana haha

Ah reading few pages back I realized it's most likely affin duo card.

I wanted to reload RM 400 but I failed and after seeing your reply I tried RM 200 and it works but I wanted to try another RM 200, it’s still pending for reload. So, gotta try tomorrow?

Another RM 200 works again after 24H.
