Kiplepay changed their daily top up limit to 2k

any1 succesfully toped up with amex? I tried key in my amex card details, the app detects it's amex but pop-up error message "card number is invalid"

Anyone able to top up using saved card? keep getting card declined

Same. I tried to top up using saved card but get this declined message as well.

Today tried to make payment in store, tried 2 times, shown txn not permitted.. ended up top up so much can’t use, need to transfer to SSPN

5k+, at hospital.

for the past week i can only pay rm2k per sspn transaction. limit per week still 5k

ooic, then, i should try lower amount that day... wasted... n i straight away bill pay RM3000 (max limit as shown in app) to SSPN on that day itself...

I didnt aware there is daily / weekly limit on the Kipplepay card.. thought it is same as Bigpay, how much u store then how much u can use... , i.e. max RM10k 

Lol.. luckily I top up 1k first, then balance is 200 + 100 x 3.. but since weekly spending only 5k, no harm la.. I just need to make sure I have 8k tax relief

Do anyone knows how to cancel Kiplepay Visa?

Hi, planning to sign up for this. From the website, it's written as no fee for the eWallet function, but RM12/year for the Visa card fee.

Just wondering, if it's possible just sign up for the eWallet only without the Visa card?

Morning, i just started to use Kiplepay couple of weeks ago. Noticed that during the reload process, after keying in the PIN, the process took quite long (around 10 seconds) for the process to complete. Other ewallets are much faster. Just wondering if this is common or due to my phone/network?

For kiplepay, if use the visa prepaid card to withdrawal at atm, they will detect? Since is not withdrawal to bank acc.

Cos if withdraw to bank acc got ppl say they will suspend the transfer. But if card should be ok right?
