banks have their own atm and network, they can reduce the operating cost amongst the banks.

kiple and other fintechs doesnt own nor operate atms. they bear all the costs, which i guess would be >RM1

heck, even bigpay charges rm6 for domestic atm withdrawal

he's talking 2 different cases

reload using cc - imposed 1% service fee

withdraw ewallet balance thru atm (using kiple visa card) - imposed rm2 per withdrawal fee

so, it will not be making sense to reload-then-withdraw. you are suppose to spend fund via app or visa card. not purely for withdrawal which is well-known as "cash advance withdrawal from cc" via indirect method

iinm, kiple going to join duitnow. i saw kiple's name in Aeon Bank's App when doing fund transfer to bank account. the listing show Kiplepay

all about cost that these providers need to pay to the bank.

if they give lower than what they need to pay, defeats the purpose to charge the users.

even BNM approved so many ewallets to charge users, that means even BNM knows the providers proven their case (cannot bear full cost already).

some ewallets have other businesses, hence not using mcc 6540

can, but...

1) do it after 9am or something .... somehow failure rate is higher at early morning. i suspect because of their card processor is at different timezone (can see the url during otp page)

2) do at small-ish amount for tng ewallet reload, like 200 to 300. this one, is known that tng side is doing something ...
