since when kiple is using duitnow?

they are using their own proprietary qr only. not duitnow. don't know if they plan to join or not.

other ewallets also initially started with their own proprietary qr ... blue green red etc

once they joined duitnow, all synchronized to using pink qr

what I did was to pinch zoom-unzoom the page, swipe around until I see the page content

somehow tng page masked/covered the otp page content

not the fastest to receive sms otp from kiple but usually enough time for me

most usual culprit is telco smsc whereby the smsc unable to purge the queued sms on time. most times, it just get stucked in smsc.

so far, i've managed to reload tngewallet using kiple visa around 8am+, 9am+, 3pm+, and 6pm+

i suggest you try afternoon instead. dont know what timezone kiple is following though.

you should reach the Kiple Visa OTP page first. If not, it will not authorize anything.

sspn is standard processing time. same with shopee and others too.

other kiple services, mostly manual cuz they don't have duitnow. they can take their own sweet time to check your txn history and may decline your withdrawal too.

called bank, it seems my PiB card was not enabled for Ecom/CNP since many years ago .... weird cuz i've been using this card for ewallet reloads successfull each month ....

seems like this is a new setup in PBe... we need to re-enable/opt-in the Ecom/CNP settings in PBe

from my chat with cs, seems the RM1 txn was in pending status at visa side.

somehow tngewallet didnt push/cancel the RM1 at their side first, thus this RM1 is floating.
