He already contacted them today I think. He said the gave him APN but the problem still same. Nothing changed. bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

Tried it also. He said once he change from LTE to 3G, it's showing no service at all.

Put the SIM into other non-iPhone. Test kaw-kaw.

If everything is OK, reboot the iPhone. Else, change SIM card at webe kiosk.

I think for iphone it will change automatically if there is no LTE. We will set it to highest.

I don't think that his bro is so dumb to buy broadband sim to use on IPhone.
Should be webemobile sim.
Some more complain to WeBe customer service as well.

Don't tell me WeBe customer service also sleeping without realizing that the is sim is actually webebroadband.

I think your brother took webe broadband plan RM59 instead of taking webe mobile plan RM79. Webe broadband sim is not allowed to make calls, sms and riding on 2G/3G network.
