For anyone porting from UMOBILE to WEBE, how long it approximately takes until you can use new webe sim card? I was informed by WEBE they just closed my delivery order and have filed port in request to UMOBILE and it may take 3-5 working days..Sooo long.

Aiyohhh they go for the maximum days. When i ported from celcom to umobile before, it was exactly 24 hours from the request.

I port in only 1 line with no subline. Hopefully it can complete faster.

Anyone having problem to receive TAC from Bank Islam?

Livechat is useless. I used livechat yesterday to inform that I have collected my sim card at the courier branch so I wanted them to close my order and proceed my MNP request. Today when I call WEBE (after 15 minutes of waiting), I was informed my order has yet to be closed. So, call center customer officer close the order today and proceed with MNP process.

Received this message: "We have received your confirmation to leave U Mobile. Your request is being processed". Normally, how long do we need to wait until receive SMS port in is successful? The next day? The same day?

The message for successful port in will be send by umobile or webe?

have anyone encountered this? everytime after I made or received call, network automatically set to 3g then need to manually select network again to get 4g lte.

I've reported about GDEX's incompetence to SKMM. I received a call from their HQ last week apologizing for the issue. I have her a good lecture about the incompetence of their branch and the petrol cost and time I had to spend to drive to the branch (about 30km from my home). She said they will further investigate the issue. Reporting to SKMM is my only option to address my displeasure towards GDEX since I fear the legal risk of throwing eggs at their outlet.

SKMM covers all communication sector including postal/courier service. Not only telcos and pay TV. Proof of my complaint receipt:

Anyone realize that webe 3g domestic roaming (on celcom) is slower than celcom? My sister is using xpax prepaid and she has fantastic 3g speed on her phone while mine (using webe on 3g) is remarkably slower.

any guide how to set up celcom 3g apn?

4g is slower than 3g in last few days

last month i paid no problem. not sure whether this happen only today.

webe refund will take 90 days to be credited back. they need to improve on their online payment option and refund system.

Maybank is ok for me. Can receive tac on webe.

Isnt webe 3g = celcom 3g? I guess both would have same speed for youtube.
