I think you could loan up till RM100k for Russian med student. Don't know for sure though.
Expect to live in an uncomfortable hostel (not that bad) and frinkin cold environment. |

Yep but don't worry. I think PTPTN will do something. Bank loan wll be quite tough to get nowadays with the interest much higher than before.

There is some student here live in Russia. Of course it kinda suck at first. But one user called hocklee said you get used to it somehow. Some lecturer are good while some are not. but the key is patience.

Relax dude. it does not seem they will cheat you but do look at the interest rate and other agreement. There a many many Malaysian there so don't worry much. Btw, when will you go to Russia?

Even among Malaysian but that's quite rare unless it involve organizationBut I never heard a racism in Russia before although I do heard there is a case in UK where he got bully too much until he quit Medicine in the final year. You got follow my elder brother footstep to make friend with locals and adapt quickly. He sometime even get invite to clubbing etc. because of his friendliness. never stick too much with only Malaysian as people will get bad impression of you. |

Well because it make the story interesting isn't it? And Russia or other post-Soviet countries are already become a stigma to be ridicule.
Anyway, Russia do produce some good graduate but the problem lies in consistency. While other university like in UK or USA could produce doctor who are good enough, Russia and ROMANIA for example may not be as good as other part in the world. Not to say Russia is not good but when bribery/donation play a part in examination, you know something is wrong here. |

China also have very competitive placing but I think its not depend as much on the person but the equipment, lecturer and method of teaching.

Yeah I agree Medicine is more on reading and memorizing than technique but I think that's the reason UK/USA got the edge.
but this don't apply in India since even when their equipment is not like in other country, their graduate is frinkin genius like become a president in some medicine faculty in USA and such. This apply to elite medschool in India though (Maulana Azad etc.) |

Wow, now that just bullshit how they operate by using religion and occult to play with people mind. ANy Form 3 student could see it fake. Someone really show lodge police report on him or at least notify MoH. But I think Msia police will be too slow to deal with this. Apparently many is trick by kopiah and some long beard....
*just back from NS camp, turn out its quite hard to get deferment. Might only enter medschool by 2 year. Spore NS is hard as hell. I almost fainted twice in 10 days! While another friend of my got to go to hospital becos of hyperventilation* |
