Anyone know if Malaysia Lenovo Ideapad 310-14IKB & 310-15IKB have extra RAM slot to upgrade 4GM RAM to 4GB + 4GB RAM?

This review stated only single slot

I see, okay thanks. I go to shop all say didn't sell dell. They said now dell only release for pro gaming. Means I need to order online. Is order online okay? The price is 2399.

oh, so it is unlike the usual laptop which have 2 dedicated slot with 1 slot used for the 4GB and another slot empty?

is that a dual channel configuration for both lenovo model (310-14IKB & 31015IKB) ?

Hi, i have owned a Lenovo Y410P before this but recently the connecting part between the screen and keyboard broken. This seems to be a very common problem for these series of laptop. Achilles Heel?? However, it seems that Lenovo recent series design has counter this problem. Is it true?

1. Preferred brand : Brands with good customer service
2. Budget : Below RM3K
3. Usage : Aspen, Autocad, Matlab software, normal documenting(Microsoft Office), light gaming, playing music
4. Screen Size : 14' or 15' with lighter weight is preferred.
p/s: Would like to avoid laptop model with brittle connecting part as of Lenovo 410P.

Hi all,

Trying to get a new laptop/ultrabook

1. Preferred brand : Any brand aside from Apple Macbook
2. Budget : RM 3k - RM 5k
3. Usage : Normal personal usage with MMORPG/FIFA/DOTA2 gaming and some movie
4. Screen Size : 13.3

p/s: I have survey a bit and find that Lenovo 710s PLUS looks a decent one but not available yet in Malaysia. Any other alternatives/options out there which you guys will recommend?

actually.. dual channel and single channel for gaming.. do not give different.. even though it increase bandwidth of the computer performance as the process runs simultaneously.. but for gaming.. it does not make any different..

unless for OC... well.. dats make the different..

*edit... some games not rely only on gpu... but cpu as well... here then, the dual channel will giving advantage... not slightly, but a lot in terms of fps on screen resolution, FHD, qhd, 4k.. like dat.. well, dats what i found...

guys what do you think of:
Lenovo YOGA 510-14IKB 80VB004RMJ 14"i5-7200U, 4GB, 1TB, AMD R5 M430, W10H

its going at quite a good price...rm2.4k ... I needed a laptop for surfing and office application...

I watch a lot of movies with my laptop.. hence i will like a decent screen.. read reviews that the screen brightness is pretty dull... anyone can confirm or advise ?
