Both from Acer, Spin 5 or Swift 3?

Not much review available for Spin 5 online.

1. Preferred Brand - any(currently eyeing on Acer)
2. Budget Under RM2500
3. Usage - Internet surfing, office task, streaming, google docs etc
4. Preferred - light (below 1.8kg) , long battery life(at least 8/9 hrs)

Kind of over budget? Found out its around RM 3150.

Just bought 5468, mine is the i5 SSD version.

Really sleek machine, no optical drive. Actually I thought it'll fit into Ultrabook category if not for the ZenBook et al.

The display view angle pretty bad for this model

Latitude can customise to much better panel oh

still better Asus G series, not cheap but pretty bad display for GL series     

ROG sucks...    joke2... price will increase again or not? heard fuel price increase.

Acer and Lenovo has increased most of the models suggest retail price up to rm 100 per starting Jan 2017

I already did a lot of research really. I knew I want MSI GE72VR 7RF-283MY.
I actually waited for it, but the price turn me down. So I actually looking for alternative.

1. Preferred brand : MSI / ASUS / DELL / Clevo (Illegear / Commandos ?)
2. Budget : maximum 6.5k (DOS is fine)
3. Usage : Gaming (Can accept AAA titles in 1080p medium setting, GTX1060 is because I want to be VR-proof)
4. Screen Size : 17"

Minimum requirements:
1. Full RGB KB
2. 120GB SATA3 SSD
3. GTX1060 6GB
4. 8GB RAM
5. 1TB HDD
6. USB Type-C 3.1 (is this equals thunderbolt? I need thunderbolt 3)
7. IPS, G-Sync (Optional)

Is this possible? Else need to jump to GTX1050ti (Yeah GL753). And buy new set for VR in the future. Haiz.

Sure I'm OK, but the dfo do not have any listing now. 
Have to wait another 5 months? oh my. Already been waiting so long for kaby lake.   
Maybe need to give Commandos/Illegear Laptop a try.   

Not going to wait for cannonlake, never ending cycle.     
I now leaning towards Illegear S7 or Commandos S17. Both told me will unveil KabyLake with GTX1060 this month.
Then I'll decide. First time on these custom-made machine.   

1070 > 1060.. processor not much different. but that gpu... give huge different
