To maximize earnings, you probably need multiple cards.
PB Visa Signature or Quantum Master for dining/online cashbacks.
General spending cards... SCB JustOne or Liverpool FC. Since you are using Maybank, you can also consider FC Barcelona Maybank card.

1. Annual Income: 60k

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Flexi

3. Card required for: Utilities payment and e wallet top up (around RM4k per month for big pay)

4. Existing credit cards (if any): MBB 2 Card and Barcelona

Standard Chartered Bank's JustOne Platinum (RM2,500 spending) and Liverpool FC (RM2,000 spending). For JustOne Platinum, need to spend RM200 under petrol/auto debit to maximize cash back.

1. Annual Income: RM66k

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Must (or waived after certain expenses also ok)

3. Card required for: E-wallet, Food deliveries (Grabfood & Foodpanda), Groceries, Online shopping, Bill payment

4. Existing credit cards (if any): CIMB Cash Rebate Platinum

5. Interested in CC from: Maybank (but got rejected once before *sad)

6. Others: CC with best CB benefit as spending on e-wallet, food deliveries, online shopping and groceries quite significant every month. Also looking for CC that might provide 0% instalment for big purchase as eyeing to get a new phone/computer soon. Also preferably CC with 0% balance transfer as planning to cancel my CIMB card (optional, this is not important)
*
Public Bank Quantum Master and UOB YOLO for online and e-wallets. Quantum Visa for groceries through pay wave.
Installments, you can check out the offers by merchants that you wish to purchase from. Usually they have installment offers with participating credit cards.
Cancel existing card after you get your new card.

You can use Bigpay Mastercard as you already earned CB from CC -> Bigpay.

Consider other e-wallets as well, eg you can use Boost, Grabpay, TNG wallet or ShopeePay to pay some cukai pintu bills at PAM @ Pos Malaysia (POS Automated Machine). Other channels including Razerpay in-app bill payment, Shopee in-app bill payment, TNG wallet in-app bill payment etc.

For Government bills under Sarawak Government, you can use SarawakPay to earn shake cashback.

Any transaction charges for POS Automated Machine?
