It's my first time to apply a credit card. My monthly commitment is only paying PTPTN for m50/month. No car loan, no personal loan, no house loan, no other credit cards.

Nope, according to BNM rule, minimum salary requirement to get credit card is RM 24k per annum.
You can pledge FD but depending if the banks you are applying have that facilities. Maybank and Public Bank are examples which accept.
