btw, you should ask your dad, how he feel when many people visiting him. And how he feel when many people laughing with him there.

im not working with jamban company like yours. EL is not big deal here. We even can work from home is needed.

lol why so mad? people take EL due to emergency problem. if you are asking a proof for they taking "Emergency Leave" means you are not professional. You shud question those taking MC not those taking EL as MC can be bought unless MC from gov hospital. if by all means you still want to punish those taking EL, just dont approve their Leave application for EL. they will be given unpaid leave.

Pity the fool thinking they are better than others.

I have encountered these bullshits from indian female colleagues only, 3 of them who never knew each other.

Excuses of EL and mc includes:
- mak sakit, granpa sakit, anak sakit
- kena hujan sikit terus pening kepala
- back problem, cant do work at desk, kena hospitalized 2 months (but boleh pulak post in fb go makan2)
- first day period
- demam (weird thing is it's always after long weekend)

And these people wont OT also even when the team has friggin high workload.
