Annual leave and Emergency leave different thing leh :/

Annual leave normally need to be notified in advance by 48 hrs...

Emergency leave different case la...it is not like u can predict what is going to happen to you in future...lol

Yep it is part of your leave ...but leaving unplanned will cause issues so while no one stopping you at least give some courtesy and share the reason

Wtf, unless like really life threatening and you're really closed with them. You take leave go visit them got use? You're not a doctor also.
I noticed this alot wan when last time my dad in hospital, i always see 1 whole kampung of people there like picnic, buy KFC laa, MCD laa, chit chat gelak gelak
