Webe capped at 2.0Mbps and it is enforced thus the read world speed is somewhere around that.

only upgrade is possible by calling CS
u can't cancel the line but can suspend it for few months without being charged ( last time got a customer tried this )

is there a max to how long voluntary suspend my line?

this 1 not sure, need ask CS d, previously that customer tried 6 months oversea and back then resume it

economy is bad. people will think carefully before buying new phones and being attached to 24 months contract. that might explain sale drop of iphone.
