CnY Garage, for first time u card registration, the U app prompted two options, 1) Register my U Card now 2) Give me a Virtual U Card.
What's the difference between the two ? Thank you.

seriously I don't understand the need to differentiate the brand since I have 2 bcard and cannot be used with the app. While in the u.com.my website we can simply login using non u-card number info.

Rm25 for 3 days Roaming. 2Gb data + 30mins calls. Quite a good deal I must say. Even better than UMobile Rm10/day roaming.

I am on UMobile plan U28, area at Bandar Utama.
My line is showing 4G, but I realise thst even with WhatsApp calling, the line is always cutting and Internet browsing seems very slow. I just ported a few days ago, is this how it is with UMobile? I do t recall 4G being this slow.

it is normal on umobile network , what you can try do is
1) try using 3G
2) report to them see got any improvement or not
if no then u can port out already

3G us faster than 4G? Huh?
Nonetheless I should try if the line is more stable.

u want constant average speed or high speed but disconnect frequently?

keyword is "stability". if ur place 4G got this problem, then better stay in 3G for the meantime.

You just ported from Maxis? If you really care about data consistency, you are really going to regret this.

Maxis is definitely better but if I don't use even 10% of what they give me in their plans, I should just look for others that is more cost saving and suitable for my needs.

Edit: right now I am outside and the Internet seems incredibly fast and stable for some reasons. Maybe it's my condo that's affected.

umobile's indoor coverage and signal strength is relatively weaker, expect for next year better indoor coverage spectrum

Sometimes my phone shows LTE signal 2 bars but FB Whatsapp etc not moving at all.
Switch to 3G & everything back to normal.
Btw, U Mobile's 3G download speed can go up to 2.2MB/s, it ain't slow.
